Full and partial event planning services are created based on your own unique needs. Whether you need every tiny little detail planned, or only need help with a few extra tasks, K. Hawkins Event Co. will create a personalized planning package just for you!
Event Management Services, commonly known as "Day of Coordination," is the best way to make sure that you enjoy YOUR day! About 6-8 weeks before your event, I will work along side you to wrap up any loose ends and plan out those special details. I'll serve as your vendor liaison and create a working timeline to make sure that your event runs flawlessly!
Decor rentals are available for your event needs. The catalogue includes things like, accent tables, lanterns, arch ways, backdrops, candle holders, vases, greenery, and much more!

All planning and coordinating packages receive free use of decor collection (excluding furniture).
Design
K. Hawkins Event Co. design services will take all of your decor dreams and bring them to life. This includes helping to source those hard to find items, as well as creating a detailed plan of how those items will be set up.

Katelyn Hawkins
My passion for event planning started in childhood, growing up in a large extended family that never missed an opportunity to celebrate. I was drawn to crafting, DIY projects, and the little details that make events special. For me, the joy came from knowing I played a part in bringing people together to make lasting memories. Even the cleanup was rewarding because that's when meaningful conversations and life lessons were shared.

Over the years, I naturally gravitated toward volunteering for social events of all kinds. From school and sporting events to weddings, showers, birthday parties, corporate events, and even music festivals, I was always eager to lend a hand!

When I became a DIY bride for my own wedding in 2012, my love for wedding planning truly blossomed. That experience inspired me to create K. Hawkins Event Co., a business dedicated to helping DIY couples achieve the wedding of their dreams while ensuring every detail is professionally executed.

I have completed professional training in wedding and event planning, floral design, and interior design. Throughout my career, I've learned the value of clear communication and the importance of building personal connections. I'm committed to making every event special and unique, helping clients turn their visions into reality, and creating moments that will be remembered for a lifetime. ​​​
